Simple (Only Action) :

 1.  Present Simple : Present or Present(s)

      Example :  

    • I write a story
    • She writes a story.
    • We write a story.

        Note : For third person singular ,we have to use present verb with  "s".  

        Example : Play - Plays

 2.  Past Simple : Past verb

        Example :  
    • I wrote a story.
    • She wrote a story.
    • We wrote a story.

3.  Future Simple : Will + present verb

        Example :  
    • I will write a story.
    • She will write a story.
    • We will write a story.

4.  Future in past : Would + present verb

        Example :  
    • I would write a story.
    • She would write a story.
    • We would write a story.

Continuous (Point of time) 

1.  Present continuous :  am/is/are + present participle verb 

        Example
    • I am writing a story.
    • She is writing a story.
    • We are writing a story.

2.  Past continuous : was/were + present participle verb

        Example :  
    • I was writing a story.
    • She was writing a story.
    • We were writing a story.

3.  Future continuous : will + be + present participle verb

        Example
    • I will be writing a story.
    • She will be writing a story.
    • We will be writing a story.

4.  Future in Past continuous : would + be + present participle verb

        Example
    •  I would be writing a story.
    • She would be writing a story.
    • We would be writing a story. 

Perfect  (Having Completed Action)

1.  Present Perfect : have/has + past participle form of verb

       Example
    • I have written a story.
    • She has written a story.
    • We have written a story.

2.  Past Perfect : had + past participle form of verb

       Example :  
    • I had written a story.
    • She had written a story.
    • We had written a story.

3.  Future Perfect : will + have + past participle verb

        Example :  
    • I will have written a story.
    • She will have written a story.
    • We will have written a story.

4.  Future in past perfect : would + have + past participle verb

        Example :  
    • I would have written a story.
    • She would have written a story.
    • We would have written a story.

Perfect continuous (having completed action going on)

1.  Present Perfect Continuous :  have/has + been + present participle verb

        Example
    • I have been writing a story.
    • She has been writing a story.
    • We have been writing a story.

2.  Past Perfect Continuous : had + been + present participle verb

        Example :  
    • I had been writing a story.
    • She had been writing a story.
    • We had been writing a story.

3.  Future Perfect Continuous : will + have + been + present participle verb

        Example :  
    • I will have been writing a story.
    • She will have been writing a story.
    • We will have been writing a story.

4. Future in Past Perfect Continuous: would + have + been + present participle verb

        Example :  
    • I would have been writing a story.
    • She would have been writing a story.
    • We would have been writing a story.
