Prawn Curry or Shrimp Curry :
Prawn curry is a simple delicious dish which is made of fresh prawn. It is the best side - dish for rice, roti, phulka. Indian people are made the prawn masala by their regional style with their locally available ingredients. It is very simple dish to make.

Prawn Gravy |
Ingredients:
- Fresh prawn - 1/2 kg
- Small onion - 150 grams
- Garlic - 10 to 12 no. of pieces
- Tomato - 120 grams or 2 pieces
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Red Chilli powder - 2 tbsp
- Oil - 4 tbsp
- Curry leaves and Coriander leaves - 25 grams
- Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation :
Take a pan and heat it . Pour 4 tbsp of Oil to the pan then add the mustard seeds , garlic, curry leaves in it and saute it Tomato and saute it well then leave it for 2-3 minutes.
Take the fresh prawn and wash it using turmeric powder then filter them without water. After saute the onion and tomato add the prawn saute it for 4-5 minutes .
Then add 1/2 tbsp of Turmeric powder, 2 tbsp of Chilli powder and Salt (Required amount) then saute all the ingredients for 40 seconds.
Add Water (For 1/2 kg of Prawn - 75 ml to 100ml water is need enough for gravy). Then leave it for 15- 20 minutes .
After 15-20 minutes Turn off the Flame and transfer into the bowl and garnishing the gravy with Curry leaves and Coriander leaves.
Prawn Gravy is Ready to Serve.
