Green Chicken Curry

        Chicken Gravy is very tasty and spicy rich which is famous in Bangalore, Karnataka.  It is very easy and simple dish which is prepared within 40 minutes.   
 
Green Chicken Gravy, Green Curry Chicken Gravy , Thai Green Curry
 

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (Boneless) - 500 Grams
  • Onion - 2 (big size)
  • Ginger, Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Cinnamon - 1 pieces
  • Cloves - 3 pieces
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Cardamom - 2 pieces
  • Lemon - 2 to 3 drops
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves - 1 cup
  • Mint Leaves - 1 cup
  • Curd - 1/2 cup
  • Green Chilli - 6 number 
  • Salt  - required amount

Grinding Process:
        Wash  the one cup of coriander leaves and one cup of mint leaves and filter it.  Take a mixer jar and put the leaves , add 6 number of green chilli, add 1/2 cup of curd and make it as a fine paste.

Preparation Process:

        Take a pan and pour 3  tbsp of oil and add Cinnamon, Cloves, Bay Leaf, Cardamom and then add Onion which is chopped and add Lemon juice 2 to 3 drops fry them till golden brown and add 2 tbsp of Ginger, Garlic Paste and leave it for 1 minute.  

        Add Boneless Chicken and mix it well, Then add Coriander and Mint leaves Paste and mix it very well and then add Salt (required amount).  And Leave it for 20 - 25 minutes in Medium Flame.

        Then the Green Chicken Curry is Ready to Serve. At last Garnishing with Green Chilli and Curry Leaves.
