Pepper Chicken is one of the most spice main dish of South India. It is very simple dish make within 30 minutes with very simple and cheap ingredients.
Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken - 250 grams
- Chopped Onion - 2 number (large size)
- Green Chilli - 4 to 5 number
- Pepper Powder - 100 g
- Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 3tbsp
- Curry Leaves - one full of hand
- Salt required amount
Preparation Time : 15 Minutes
Cooking Time : 30 Minutes
Instruction for Cooking Process :
Step 1 : Heat a pan then pour 3 tbsp of oil in it.
Step 2 : Then add Onion (2 chopped) saute it when it turn as golden .
Step 3 : Add 250 Grams of Chicken and 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder cook it for 5 minutes.
Step 4 : Add 1/4 tsp of Garam Masala Powder and 100g of Pepper Powder and required amount of Salt.
Step 5 : Then Add 75 ml of water in it and cooked with low flame around 20 minutes. Then turn off the stove.
Now Pepper Chicken is ready to serve.
Serve with Rice, Chappathi and parotta.
